... is easy for the stationary grinder DOPPSTADT NZ 180 E with its flail drum. It accomplishes its tasks by the free swinging flail principle combined with the grinding basket. Thanks to various, quickly replaceable tools, the NZ 180 E can be adjusted to the different grinding tasks. The efficient mechanic power transmission is carried out by V-belt drive of the flail drum and hydraulic drive of the additional components. Furthermore, highest flexibility for a quick and universal application is guaranteed.

• The flails grind the material, achieving a defined grain size by means of the mesh size of the chosen grinding basket, the flail tips retreat automatically in case of large unshreddable contaminants in order to protect the machine and to reduce the tool wear
• The quick-changing baskets, the patented flail tip fixings and the good accessibility from outside permit a quick replacement of the shredding tools
• All the grinding tools of the Doppstadt mobile series can be used
• Very good separation of metal pieces from the material compounds thanks to the flail principle
• Easy operation, exact adjustment and reading of the machine data ensured with a multifunction display. The machine can be controlled by remote control or by automatic operation in case of subordination to a central control
