... is a powerful machine for almost all kinds of grinding. For self-propelled drive, the whole machine is mounted on a tracklaying chassis. Thanks to its compact design, the AK 430 K is a very flexible and multi-purpose machine. With its flail drum with 1000 rpm and the baffle plate provided with Hardox teeth, this grinder is unrivaled. The final product can be changed in a few minutes by changing the grinding baskets. Thanks to the modular principle, the DOPPSTADT machines can easily be equipped with a wide choice of options to meet special requirements.

• The free-swinging flail holders of the flail drum (gyrating mass appr. 2,5 t / 5,512 lb) are provided with easily replaceable flail tips that can be adjusted to the materials to be grinded (e.g. hard metal, armoured tips).
• An innovative changing system of the grinding baskets (mesh size 30 – 400 mm / 1.2 – 15.7'') makes it possible to process different materials and to achieve different material structures within a few minutes
• A continuously high throughput is ensured by the optimum utilization of the motor power and the electro-hydraulic regulation of the scraper floor.
• Short set-up times thanks to the hydraulically foldable discharge conveyor with overband magnet.
• The innovative arrangement of the water cooler at the front side facilitates the access to the engine compartment and the cleaning of the cooling elements. For self-cleaning, the large fan is reversible. The low speed keeps the noise level down.
• Maintenance-friendly thanks to large side doors and centralized lubrication points.
• Easy machine operation by central control panel and remote control *.
