The mixer for proper homogenization ...

…is provided with three screw shafts and a 15 m³ (530 ft³) mixing chamber. The field of application is the homogenization of different biological materials, substrates and sludges, producing accurate mixtures and compositions. The DOPPSTADT DM 215 can be driven with continuous or discontinuous feed (by charges). The high mobility ensures a quick and flexible application.

• All the machine parts are easily accessible thanks to the large protection doors.
• The trailer chassis and the hydraulically foldable discharge conveyor permit a very flexible application of the mixer.
• Precise mixtures (optionally with a scale*) of different materials can be produced with continuous or discontinuous feed (by charges). The mixing chamber can be closed with a covering plate. Additives can be added in exact doses by means of a separate hopper* with auger.
• Easy one-man operation, the machine can be moved by wheel loader and slip-on coupling, machine control from the wheel loader by remote control*.
• By means of the remote control*, among other functions the discharge gate can be opened or closed. The chosen function, indicated by an arrow, is visible from far.
