… is the DOPPSTADT DW 3080 E with hydraulically controlled shredding comb. It accomplishes its tasks by the single-shaft principle. Thanks to various, quickly replaceable tools, the DW 3080 E can be adjusted to the different shredding tasks. The efficient mechanic power transmission is carried out by a combined V-belt direct drive with spur gear. Furthermore, highest flexibility for a quick and universal application is guaranteed.

• The roller teeth tear the material through the hydraulically controlled shredding comb, the comb opens automatically in case of large unshreddable contaminants in order to protect the machine and to reduce the tool wear
• The machine can easily be cleaned and the shredding tools can quickly be replaced because they are secured by wedges and easily accessible by the hydraulically controlled roller flap gate
• Easy operation, exact adjustment and reading of the machine data by SPS control, machine operation by remote control or by automatic operation in case of subordination to a central control
