DOPPSTADT combines modern recycling technology

The stationary processing plant combines modern DOPPSTADT technology in order to transform unprocessed garbage, industrial, bulky and residual waste into a combustible substitute fuel. The final product of this plant ? a fluff ? can be used in cement works, waste incinerating plants and waste to energy plants.

A decisive advantage of the DOPPSTADT processing plant is the economic efficiency. Depending on the components and the desired grain sized, it is possible to achieve throughput capacities of 5-15 t per hour and per processing line.

Efficient pre-shredding ?
A decisive advantage of the DOPPSTADT technology

The unprocessed input material consisting of indutrail waste and garbage is pre-sorted during the first step of operation. Coarse foreign bodies such as electric motors, oil barrels, large iron pieces, tyres and reinforced concrete lumps are separated.
Then a DOPPSTADT single-shaft high-torque shredder is used. This robust shredder pre-shreds the separated input material. During a second phase of operation, a strong overband magnet separates the iron pieces from the material.

Note: For incineration procedures with blowing-in systems, an oversize separation can be used as a precausion against obstructions.

Precise grain size production
With DOPPSTADT technology ? a decisive advantage

The pre-shredded material is screened by the DOPPSTADT drum screen and transported to the hard material separation. Non-iron metals, stones, bulky plastic and similar materials belong to the undesirable hard material fraction. The hard materials and the minerals are separated from the pre-shredded material by the ballistic separator. Depending on the quantity, another seperation can be carried out. Furthermore, the mineral fraction containing organic material can be aftertreated by an aerobic process.

The resulting light fraction is shredded by the DOPPSTADT fine shredder DW 2860 to the required grain size. The DW 2860 Duplex equipped with a aggressive hard metal tools is ideally suited for shredding soft and elastic materials. The precisely regulated cutting of the fine shredder enables the production of a very small grain size.

DOPPSTADT processing technology:
The environment-friendly system for the production of a non-fossil fuel from industrial waste and garbage!

Environmentally Friendly Waste Disposal with DOPPSTADT Technology
By means of fine shredding, further metals can be removed from the material compounds. They can be separated from the material flow immediately after shredding by optional FE and non-ferrous separators.
The rest is fluff. This final product is a refuse-derived fuel which can be hard-pressed in edge mills or slightly pelletized according to the requirements.

The advantages of DOPPSTADT technology:
The compatibility of all the machines guarantees a quick and very efficient result: Refuse-derived fuels produced in this way are free of non-flammable materials (water, metals, minerals) thanks to the use of consistent pre-treatment methods. The result is a dry, homogeneous and high-energy material. Due to the energy content and the possible applications, new material can partly compensate fossile energy sources such as coal or oil. DOPPSTADT processing technology stands for environment-friendly disposal of industrial waste and garbage.
