The subject of the enterprise is the acquisition and sale of environmental technology machines , spare parts, accessories and all other products of the environmental technology, as well as their repair. The data acquisition, -processing and -use takes place for the practice of the purposes indicated above.

Customer data, coworker data as well as data from suppliers if these are necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes mentioned under 4.

6. Recipients or categories of recipients, to who the data can be communicated:
Public positions prior to legal regulations, external contractors according to $11 BDSG as well as external positions and internal departments of Doppstadt Calbe GmbH for fulfilling of the purposes mentioned under 4.

7. Rule periods for the deletion of the data:
The legislator has issued various storage obligations and - periods. After the expiration of these terms the appropriate data are deleted routinely. If data is it not affected by this they are deleted, if those under 4. mentioned purposes are omitted.

A transmission to third parties is not planned.
