Mobile Recycling
The advantages of the mobile DOPPSTADT machines lie in their flexible application. The input material on site can easily and economically be treated and processed. During this process, new and valuable materials are produced which can be returned to the cycle of materials. The single machines can ideally be combined forming a processing line in a mobile plant in order to carry out different steps of material processing.

Shredders The DW shredders working on the single-shaft principle with hydraulically controlled shredding comb are ideally suited for the solution of the most difficult shredding tasks. Thanks to various, quickly replaceable tools, the DW can be adjusted to the different shredding tasks. The efficient mechanic power transmission is carried out by a direct drive with planetary gear. Applications: Shredding of waste wood, roots, green waste, organic waste, garbage, bulky and industrial waste, mixed construction waste. | Grinders The AK series comprises powerful grinders for almost all kinds of grinding tasks with a high throughput rate and a patented load-sensing material feeding. Trommel and Star Screens The powerful screens of the SM series are suited for the screening of most difficult materials. The patented, load-sensing material feed enables an optimum utilization of the large screening surface. In order to meet your special requirements, the basic machine can easily be equipped with a wide choice of optional equipment such as hopper separators, stonegrids or vibrating screens. Applications: Screening of soil, compost, bark mulch, waste wood, residual waste, mixed construction waste, light building rubble etc. | Precision Chippers The precision chippers of the DH series are used for the economic production of wood chips, for the cultivation of woods and forest stands and for the utilization of the residual wood, which is transformed into energy-saving quality products. The chipping rotor consists of a solid full steel drum. The chip size can quickly be adjusted in the machine by choosing the suitable screening baskets according to the requirements. The chipped product is discharged by means of an integrated impeller blower. |

Combined Shredder The DZ 750 combines shredding and grinding in one single machine. Shredding is carried out by the sound single-shaft principle and the hydraulically controlled shredding comb of the DW series. Grinding is carried out by a fast-running flail drum with free-swinging tools according to the grinders of the AK series. Thanks to this combination even the most difficult materials can be processed into a useable product in just one process step. Applications: Shredding of waste wood, root timber, green waste, biowaste, garbage, bulky and industrial waste, mixed construction waste … | Mixer The mixer DM 215 with three helical screws and a 15m³ mixing chamber is used for the homogenization of different organic materials, substrates and sludges. It can be driven with continuous or discontinuous feed (by charges). The mixing chamber can be closed with a covering plate. Additives can be added in exact doses by means of an optionally available hopper with helical screw. Applications: e. g. homogeneous mixing for processing biowaste/green waste, re-treatment of composts, processing of sewage sludges and contaminated soil … | BioPress 205 The BIOPRESS 205 screw extruder separates the liquid and the solid fractions of bio-degradable wastes. The screw is driven by a hydromotor with planetary gear. The rotating cone presses the material with a pre-set pressure through the screening baskets, which are available with different mesh sizes. DSP 20-5 The screw extruder DSP 20-5 can be mounted to the mixer DM 215 instead of the rear conveyor by a quick-changing device. The DSP is driven by a hydromotor und a planetary gear. The rotating cone presses the material through the screening baskets with a pre-regulated pressure.

DU series windrow turners are independent of the windrow shape - for windrows of materials of variable width and height. High throughput rates, short set-up times and flexible use on the spot are their strong points. The side milling cutter discs are equipped with wear-resistant, easily replaceable tools. Mixer The range of applications of the stationary DOPPSTADT batch mixer DM 215 E covers the mixing of biowaste and green waste in composting plants, the homogenization in Mechanical-Biological-Treatment (MBT) plants, in organic fermentation plants and for various mixing tasks in the field of recycling. | Screw Extruder The material to be processed by the screw extruder DSP 20-5 is charged into a feeding hopper. The screw extruder can also be driven without feeding hopper; in such a case, a direct material feed to the auger of the DSP is necessary. The auger moves the material to be pressed towards the discharge area through a basket. During this process the water contained in the material is pressed out. The screw extruder is driven by a hydromotor and a planetary gear. The screening baskets can quickly and easily be mounted to the screw extruder frame by means of clamping plates and wedges.
