The compact SM 414 K …

… is a powerful, mobile screen for various applications. With its rotating screening drum it is ideally suited for the screening of compost, bark mulch and waste wood. The drum rotation ensures a precise separation even of sticky materials and soils containing stones. The whole machine is mounted on a tracklaying chassis for self-propelled drive on site. Thanks to the modular principle, the basic machine can easily be adjusted to your special requirements by a wide choice of options. All the DOPPSTADT machines stand out for their easy operation and high mobility.

• The patented, load-sensing material feed enables an optimum utilization of the large screening surface (15,9 m² / 161 ft²).
• The roller-bearing of the drum and the direct drive by a robust sprocket ensure operational safety and easy drum exchange. Self-cleaning of the drum by a rotating brush – moved to position hydraulically.
• The hydraulically foldable stonegrid* or the vibrating screen* enables the separation of a 3. fraction.
• Short set-up times thanks to the hydraulically foldable discharge conveyors. Hydraulically driven conveyors transport the screened material, optional with magnetic pulley*.
• Easy machine operation by control panel or remote control*
• Maintenance-friendly thanks to large protection doors, swing-out engine unit and centralized lubrication points.
• The fan is reversible and ensures the self-cleaning of the radiator.
